Google OS Better Than Microsoft?

I read in the newspaper today that Google is releasing Chrome Operating System for netbook PC’s.

We know that Google is providing many application services like Google Docs. It’s built on Linux and does not require Microsoft OS, who needs MS Office anymore? This cuts the cost of a new computer by perhaps 80 bucks or so. Indirectly it can help to reduce the cost of your internet business.

And who knows…. it might not need 3rd party software running in background mode that clogs up your system and slows the whole experience to a crawl. Can you think of anybody who consistently comes up with more irresistible offers than Google?

Google says people want to get their email in an instant, and they want computers to run as fast when they’re a year old as when they were first bought. They want more for less. More accessibility, more speed and less maintenance. Google thinks it can deliver that. “Computers need to get better,” Google says. “Speed, simplicity and security are the key aspects of Google Chrome OS.”

I’m looking into Mac and slowly turning away from Microsoft. I just stand experiencing my pc running slower each day. That’s my biggest gripe about Windows. Well, Google may have a solution for me in the near future, 2010.
